Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledge they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery. The buyer, solely, accepts the full risk of any items or package (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reason, being unable to be delivered to their destination.
DUZZ-ALL BEESWAX CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS
Some products available on this site maybe restricted in your country. It is your responsibility to comply with such restrictions. Any DUZZ-ALL BEESWAX account is to be used only by the person registered for that particular account. All information provided on registration must be true and accurate. False information provided on registration is considered fraud and is subject to the Business Consumer Act of 1993. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that their account details remain confidential, and that access to their computer remains restricted to prevent others from gaining access to their account. The account holder accepts responsibility for all activities which occur under their account. DUZZ-ALL BEESWAX reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time and will not be held responsible for fraudulent information.
SHIPPING
On receipt of your order we will despatch the product within 4 working days. We will notify you if for some reason we are unable to supply due some reason. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been dispatched. All orders outside New Zealand will be sent registered mail. We will not be held responsible fro any delay or damage incurred after dispatch. On arrival, please check the package and notify us immediately if damaged so we can initiate a claim process with the carrier. Within New Zealand all product will be sent by NZ POST.
Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are at your cost.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
PAYMENT
Payment options provided by DUZZ-ALL BEESWAX are Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Money Order, Cheque, Direct Credit (not available in all countries). Your credit card will be billed when you confirm your order.
Cheques can be either personal or bank draft, and are to be made payable to: ‘DUZZ-ALL BEESWAX’ in the currency of your country. Please post to our address. All cheques will require to be ‘cleared’ by the bank before goods can be dispatched. This may require 10-15 days.
OWNERSHIP
When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. DUZZ-ALL BEESWAX will not be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, return the product to Duzz-All Enterprises and Duzz-All Enterprises will refund your money in full.
LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
Access to the DUZZ-ALL BEESWAX website is granted only for the purpose of accessing the services provided. Under no circumstances may any individual alter any part of the website. No part of this site may be reproduced for any reason, nor may any parts of the site be displayed anywhere apart from (duzz all web address) unless written permission has been granted by DUZZ-ALL BEESWAX, including logos, trademarks, or registrations. You are granted access to DUZZ-ALL BEESWAX under the condition that you will not interfere, or attempt to interfere with any of the content.

We are careful to protect your security by using “128 Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”)” encryption. SSL encrypts all ordering information, including name, address and credit card details. Once we receive your order, your personal information is immediately isolated on a secure server.

We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or harm arising from or in relation to this site and or other services, including but not limited to damage or harm arising out of errors or omissions in the materials contained on this site.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any matter relating to this Site will be governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT
If you are a New Zealand ‘customer’ as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 then you are protected by the said Act. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under this Act.

We shall be under no liability – to the customer in respect of anything that, if not for this provision, would or might constitute a breach of this Agreement, where this arises out of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, riot, shortage of supplies, equipment, materials, strikes and lockouts, civil commotion, computer hacking or malicious damage.
